Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Your name and phone number are enough. An account lets you find your orders in one place.

How can I pay?

By mobile money, on your operator's interface, or in cash at a point of sale.

How do I pay in cash?

Go to a point of sale in the network, with no account or card. The agent takes payment and prints your ticket.

Are my places held while I pay?

Yes, for a limited time shown on screen. After that, they go back on sale.

Where do I find my ticket?

It appears on screen once payment is confirmed. With an account, you also find it in your orders.

Who checks the events?

A moderator reviews every event before it is published. The verification badge means the organisation has passed the identity check.
